Explodely LLC takes a zero tolerance approach to being involved in illegal/illicit activity, and will fully comply with all relevant sections of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Offences) Act 2010 (‘the 2010 Act’), the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Offences) (Amendment) Act 2018 and the Solicitors (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Regulations) 2016 (SI 533 of 2016).
As a result, Explodely LLC has stringent policies and procedures in place to detect, prevent, and report suspicious activity, which include the following:
a) Confirm our vendors' and affiliates' identities, addresses, and phone numbers.
b) Verify the identity of customers, beneficial owners, and any other parties as needed.
c) Keep detailed records of all transactions, as well as any supporting documentation.
d) Monitor any unexpected or suspicious transactions, regardless of their size.
e) Report any suspicious transaction(s) to the relevant Authorities.
We may not be able to continue the agreement when identification verification is required and cannot be performed. If someone has a justifiable cause for not being able to produce the standard types of identity proof, we will consider alternate forms of verification.
Explodely LLC is likewise dedicated to preventing financial crimes, such as money laundering and terrorism financing. Explodely LLC seeks to ensure that high levels of crime prevention and awareness are maintained by its owners and workers around the world through risk-based internal procedures.
Explodely adheres to the highest levels of corporate ethics, integrity, transparency and accountability. Any of the following will not be tolerated:
- Fraud
- Dishonesty
- Deception
- False accounting
- Concealment
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Corruption
- Market abuse
- Bribery, or
- Any other illegal behaviour.
This is true whether the offenders are internal or external, such as customers, affiliates, suppliers, consultants, staff, contractors, shareholders, or others.
In order to protect Explodely and its users from financial crime, we strive to minimize the potential and actual incidence of financial crimes and to detect financial crimes, as applicable, through our internal policies, procedures, systems and third parties.
Where appropriate, the concerns will be reported to the relevant law enforcement and/or regulatory authorities.
We will comply with court orders received from law enforcement agencies.
